Job Description:
• Providing advice and assistance to management and staff on human resources policies, procedures and legislation. Assist in the monitoring of HR compliance issues when needed
• Assistance in the employee evaluation and processing of employees' issues
• Actively support HRBP’s in all HR work within the designated areas
• Support HRBP with manning/resource overview
• Coordinate and carry out Recruitment & Hire processes for assigned units
• Do evaluation of Compensation and Benefits and ensure that Compensation and Benefits are according to Company Policy
• Liaise with HR Shared Services and Payroll to track employee movement within areas of responsibility and changes of terms and conditions of employment
• Coordinate and set up work time agreements and regulations, with support from HR Manager and Compensation and Benefits Specialist
• Partake in resignation processes from Employees
• Support HRBP in personnel issues within designated groups
• Contribute to ensure optimal cooperation within the HR department
• Ensure Employment Agreements are compliant and suit business needs
• An ability to act as a change agent within own scope

• Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience within HR related work, both national and international
• An ability to to interact proactivively with management and staff at designated levels of the organization in resolution of HR issues
• Good organizational and administrative skills, including strong attention to the quality of work, details, and the ability to prioritize and control own workload in a hectic environment
• Experience with recruitments including interviewing, counseling, and cooperation abilities
• Experience with coaching of managers/employees and provide ongoing and continous support
• Experience with maintaining remuneration for all employees on all levels within own scope
• Must be willing to accept responsibility and make decisions based on experience, education and understanding of business needs and culture

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to earn trust and credibility
• Must have the ability to influence, network, negotiate, counsel and mediate
